Refunds, Returns and Cancellations: All sales are final. Exchanges will be available upon approval, however the customer must pay for return shipping unless we have sent the wrong item, size, etc. Please contact us at support@bobbyfresh.com to begin your return approval process.

Delivery/Shipping Policy: Due to increase in sales and production, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. After your order is processed on our servers, please allow 3-4 business days for your purchase to leave our warehouse via USPS. Expedited orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that items marked pre-sale will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and it can take up to 2 weeks for them to arrive.

The 'Coupon' tab to the right of the website is available to those who would like to sign up for our exclusive mailing list.
